Tap Links marks

“Tap Links” is a registered trademark of Mace Design LLC (U.S. Reg. No. 7584570). The Tap Links logo is a trademark of Mace Design LLC. We use the symbol “®” with the registered wordmark and “™” with unregistered marks.

You may refer to “Tap Links” in editorial, journalistic, or comparative contexts under nominative fair use principles, provided that you:

Do not use the Tap Links name or logo in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or partnership where none exists.
Do not modify the Tap Links logo (no rotation, recoloring, or composition with other marks).
Do not use the Tap Links name as part of a product name, domain name, or company name that could create confusion.
Use the wordmark and logo at a reasonable size, with adequate clear space around them.

For commercial uses of the Tap Links name or logo (for example, indicating that your product is “compatible with Tap Links,” or co-marketing materials), please contact hello@taplinks.com for written permission and brand guidelines.

Customer marks (used on this site and on products we ship)

Several customer brands appear on the Tap Links marketing website (taplinks.com) and on the physical products we manufacture, as follows:

Tiffany & Co.: used with written permission from Tiffany & Co. The “Tiffany & Co.” wordmark and the Tiffany blue color are trademarks of Tiffany and Company.
Grüns: used in good faith based on a current working relationship. Written permission is in progress.
Blackbird: used in good faith based on a current working relationship. Written permission is in progress.

⚠️ Operator note (remove before publishing): Send the publicity-consent email to Grüns and Blackbird. When written consent comes back, edit this section to read “used with written permission” for that brand. Until then, the soft language above accurately reflects the state of affairs and limits exposure.

We display customer marks on our marketing materials for the limited purpose of identifying our customers and demonstrating the product. Each customer mark belongs to its respective owner. We do not claim any rights in customer marks beyond the limited license each customer grants us to render their mark on (a) physical Tap Links devices manufactured for that customer, and (b) the cloud-rendered interstitial pages associated with that customer’s account.
