Each Tap Links device contains an embedded chip. When tapped with a phone, the device sends a data packet to the phone, which appears as a notification by default. No app, no scanning.

Each tap generates a unique signature using the same NFC chip class found in contactless payment cards. Verified by our servers, or yours, if you're self-managed.
Designed, 3D printed, and assembled in our Brooklyn shop. Most orders ship within two weeks of design approval, with a 10-unit minimum on custom builds.
